REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

GENERAL BANKING SERVICES

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals and qualifications are being solicited by Stillwater Township to obtain “General Banking Services” services as described herein for Stillwater Township.  Interested respondents to this Request for Proposal should have extensive experience, a knowledgeable background and qualifications in the provision of the services described herein.

The RFP package for this service is available at the Stillwater Township Municipal Building, 964 Stillwater Road, Newton, NJ 07860, in the office of the Municipal Clerk, during normal business hours, and on the municipal website stillwatertownshipnj.com.

Interested respondents shall submit one (1) original, and one (1) copy of their proposal.

The Township requires that the RFP response must be submitted by November 26, 2024, by 9:00 a.m. in the office of the Municipal Clerk at the Stillwater Township Municipal Building.  There will be a public reading of the names and respective cost proposals at 11:00 a.m. on December 3, 2024 at the Stillwater Township Municipal Building.

Veteran’s Park Weed Control Application

On Monday, October 21, 2024, Farmside Landscaping will be applying a fall weed control application. There will be signs posted that the park is closed during the application time. JCP&L Line Maintenance

Please be advised in the upcoming weeks that JCP&L will be maintaining their power lines. During this time, they will be trimming trees, removing trees as needed, cutting brush, doing herbicide applications, and debris handling in areas that are a potential hazard to the power lines.

STILLWATER TOWNSHIP FULL TIME DPW LABORER I

Full-Time Laborer I Position- The job requires manual labor, driving, some equipment operation, in all weather conditions. Experience with dump trucks, equipment and snow plowing of roads is preferred. A mandatory background check is required, including driver’s license and criminal history. Health, dental and prescription benefits. Class B CDL with manual endorsement and airbrake or better required. Pay schedule as per collective bargaining agreement.
