SCMU Electronic Recycling Day – Saturday October 5, 2024

Farmside will be spraying for the spotted lantern flies at Veteran’s Park on Thursday morning, 8/1/24 at the back field. There will also be signs posted at the entrance to the park.

The product they are using is called Upstar Gold and the active ingredient is 7.9% Bifenthrin. The mix rate is 15oz in 100 gallons of water so the final spray solution is less than 1% active ingredient.

Tax Bills will be mailed on July 31st, 2024. August payment is due on or before August 26th, 2024. If not paid by that date, interest reverts back to August 1st. Any questions please call the Tax Collector at 973-383-9484 x23

The tennis/pickleball court will be being resurfaced this Thursday and Friday July 11th & 12th. The court will not be available for use during the time.

The 2024 Final & 2025 Preliminary Tax Bills will be delayed as we are still waiting for tax rates. There will be an extension on the due date to be determined as to when the bills are mailed.

Just a reminder that all county libraries will be open as cooling centers and charging stations. Hours of operation for each location are listed below.
