Liaison Updates-Committee, Mayor, Board of Adjustment, and Environmental

Mr. Branagan provided an Environmental Commission update:  Fairview Lake Watershed, Member Szabo and Secretary Wunder leaving, and Mr. Sylvester attending the meeting to provide information.

Mayor Chammings provided the Committee update, which was discussed with the Board:  Presentation of Equipment (Capital Ordinance), sale of properties, new Zoning Officer, Planet Network-Internet, and the Gallagher property.  She also noted the need to work on the Master Plan Reexamination and going out for an RFP for a Planner.  She noted that some issues have been raised by the new Zoning Officer (yards on lake side properties, etc…) that may want to be reviewed.  Board Secretary Schemm stated that there was a recommendation by the Zoning Board many years ago (2014) regarding lake side properties, and it was on the agenda and discussed at many meetings and the topic was finally removed off the Agenda in 2018, with no action.

No public noted at 8:41 p.m.

With there being no further business, there was a motion made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:42 p.m.  In a voice vote, all were in favor at

Respectfully Submitted:

Alfia Schemm

Board Secretary
