The Stillwater Township Zoning Board of Adjustment consists of 7 Regular Board Members and two Alternate Board Members, who are appointed by the Township Committee.
The Board reviews variance applications. The Board is advised by an attorney, an engineer and, when needed, other Professionals.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment normally meets on the fourth Monday of the month.
Applications, deemed complete by the Zoning Officer, need to be submitted to the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary at least 14 days prior to the scheduled meeting, in order to be placed on the Board’s Agenda.
