Minutes of December 7, 2022
The rescheduled regular meeting of the Stillwater Township Planning Board was held at the Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pierce at 7:32 p.m. He announced that adequate notice of this meeting had been given to the public and the press under the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act”, N.J.S.A 10:4-1 et.seq.

Mr. Donofrio made a motion to approve the minutes of November 16, 2022. Motion seconded by Mr. Barta. Roll call vote:

PUBLIC SESSION
Mr. Pierce opened the meeting up to the public at 7:34 p.m. With there being no public comment, the meeting was closed to the public.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Mr. Pierce made the motion to go into Executive Session at 7:35 p.m. to discuss personnel matters. Motion seconded by Mr. Donofrio. Roll call vote in favor: Mr. Barta-yes, Mr. Branagan-yes, Mr. Venezia-yes, Mr. Pierce-yes, and Mr. Donofrio-yes. Also present Zoning Board of Adjustment Members: Ms. Mountford, Mr. Lippencott, and Mr. Kochenthal.
In a motion made by Mr. Donofrio and seconded by Mr. Branagan the regular meeting resumed at 8:32 p.m. Voice vote in favor: Mr. Barta-yes, Mr. Branagan-yes, Mr. Venezia-yes, Mr. Pierce-yes, and Mr. Donofrio-yes.

Mr. Barta provided the Committee update, which was discussed with the Board: Resignation of Mr. Raff, Mr. Fisher leaving at the end of the year, the passing of Tonya Stark, age for drivers for DPW/Fire Department, Mr. Wykoff hired for the roof project,
Christmas tree disposal program and the Board of Education-SREP.
Mr. Branagan provided the Environmental Commission update: stream testing, ordinance pertaining to Bio-Char, trex-program, and the trying to find an Environmental Representative to sit on the Planning Board.
Ms. Schemm provided the Board of Adjustment update: December meeting is cancelled as it falls on the day that Christmas is being observed and the two applications are scheduled for hearings on January 23.
Mr. Pierce thanked Ms. Schemm for her years of service.

The meeting was opened to the public. With there being no public comment, the meeting was closed to the public.

With there being no further business, there was a motion made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. In a voice vote, all were in favor at 8:57 p.m.
