Paulins Kill Watershed Clean-Up

Several local not-for-profit groups working in the Paulins Kill Watershed have been thinking about ways to build on the good work being done in our communities.  A list of local organizations involved in this effort can be found below.   We believe that we can enhance the benefits of our effort by working together watershed-wide on certain issues including water quality, land preservation and promoting recreation and ecotourism.

Our first group effort will be a Paulins Kill Watershed Clean-Up. The date for the Clean-Up is Saturday October 27, 2018 which coincides with National Make a Difference Day.  We are reaching out to the municipal clerks to help us reach volunteers.  Can you please pass this volunteer opportunity on to your Township Committee, Environmental Committee, Open Space Committee and/or Green Team?   We would also appreciate it if you can post this on your bulletin board or in your newsletter.

Your township liaisons for the Paulins Kill Watershed Clean-Up are Ian Blanchard, Jack Branagan, Greg Dvorsky .     Please direct all inquiries to these volunteers.

Thank you very much, we look forward to a great first watershed wide event.
